Wedding Makeup for Your Photographs
Another quick tip. Primer! Get makeup, shadow and lip primer. Another Smashbox fave is their shadow and makeup primer The shadow primer in light often is all I need daily with a dash of color over it. The face primer feels like an oil but it sets up nice and holds your makeup for hours. The final touch would be a setting spray. Urban Decay has a great one I use regularly when working in the hot and humid summers. Another trick is to pick up a small purse sized pouch of tissue blotters. To cool YOU off freeze a wet white washcloth in a ziplock baggie. Bring it with you to put on the back of your neck and other pulse points to cool you down instantly. Boom! Done. And you don't have to break the bank!
Best of all your photos will be flawless! This bride's photos were done in the rain. Yes, in the rain. Look at her makeup. Done by a professional makeup artist but with the correct products for the climate you will be in during your portrait session or wedding.
